Information you provide
Quote requests may include your name, email address, town or ZIP code, project details, measurements, timing, intended use, and files or photos you choose to send.
Files and estimates
STL, 3MF, and OBJ files used in the instant estimator are processed in your browser and are not uploaded during that estimate. Files attached to a final quote request are transmitted so the project can be reviewed and answered.
Photo screening
If you choose automated photo screening, resized copies are sent to OpenAI to produce a preliminary feasibility review. Photos are not reused by this business for advertising.
How information is used
Information is used to review projects, prepare estimates, answer questions, arrange printing or delivery, prevent abuse, and keep necessary business records. It is not sold.
Service providers
The site uses Vercel for hosting, AgentMail for quote delivery, OpenAI for optional photo screening, and OpenStreetMap for the footer map. If you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta sends the information you entered to this business under Meta’s own privacy terms.
Advertising and cookies
The site does not currently use a Meta Pixel or other advertising cookies. This policy will be updated before advertising tracking is added.
Retention and deletion
Quote and project records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request, business records, or legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email avidzurlo@gmail.com.
